Every Leg Up program is designed with one purpose: to create meaningful experiences that inspire confidence, encourage personal growth, and empower individuals through the transformative power of horses.
PATH Intl. Aligned
Credentialed. Safe. Effective.
Adaptive riding and equine-assisted psychotherapy programs are developed and delivered in alignment with PATH International standards — the nationally recognized, NCCA-accredited credentialing body for therapeutic horsemanship. Our co-founders hold every certification required to begin serving riders from day one.

Individualized horseback riding instruction for children and adults with physical, cognitive, emotional, and developmental disabilities. Lessons focus on developing balance, coordination, communication, confidence, and independence in a safe and supportive environment.
Delivered by a PATH Intl. Certified Therapeutic Riding Instructor (CTRI)

Experiential activities with horses that develop life skills such as communication, leadership, problem-solving, teamwork, emotional awareness, and self-confidence. Designed for individuals, schools, youth organizations, and community groups.

Clinical mental health treatment for trauma, anxiety, PTSD, and other mental health needs through structured, unmounted equine interaction. Delivered by a licensed mental health professional partnered with a credentialed equine specialist.
Clinical · Requires licensed LMHC/LCSW/psychologist partner

Instruction for riders of all ages and experience levels. Participants learn horsemanship, horse care, riding skills, and sportsmanship while building confidence, responsibility, and a lifelong appreciation for horses. Open to the general community.
